Welcome to 121 Dental. If you are experiencing any oral problems or looking to get checked up; there are three things you need to know. Firstly, our dentist, Dr. Abdollahi, has been a dentist in Blacktown for 30 years. Secondly, we are conveniently located at 121 Blacktown Road (across from the Blacktown Mega Centre). Thirdly, walk-ins are welcomed and parking is easy. So, come drop by the dental clinic at your convenience. However, scheduling an appointment in advanced is recommended to ensure that preparations can be made prior to your visit. It is important that we minimise your time spent at our dental clinic so you can maximise your day with your family, friends or work commitments.

In short, medicare does cover dental treatments for children aged 2 to 17 years under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS). The benefits are capped at $1,000 per child every two years. Dental services such as examinations, x-rays, cleaning, fillings, fissure sealing and tooth extractions are covered by the CDBS.
Please ensure that you do your usual morning routine – brush and floss your teeth before you visit our dental clinic.
Bring a list of questions for your dentist. These may be oral health related or questions related to what you are experiencing. Our dentist has been a dentist in Blacktown for over 30 years and should be able to determine specific preventative measures that will reduce the likeliness of booking a dental emergency appointment.
Get all the details – if you are coming in for a procedure (rather than a general check up). Ensure that you ask our dentist or our dental receptionist how long you will be at the clinic. You may need to organise someone to pick you up. There may also be post-dental guidelines specific to the dental procedure.
If you are a new patient with 121 dental, contact your old dental clinic and ask them to transfer your dental records to our dentist in Blacktown. This is a normal procedure and most dental clinics will be cooperate – they are your dental records and you should have control over where they are filed.
Absolutely! Dr Hossain Abdollahi, our Principal Dentist, has patients all over Western Sydney. We are located on the border of Blacktown Seven Hills on 121 Blacktown Road, which makes it very convenient for neighbouring suburbs by removing the need to drive into the busy proximity of Westpoint. Fun fact: Some of our loyal dental patients have moved to Brisbane and still drive down to our dental clinic in Blacktown for bi-annual checkups.
